Unplug from the Matrix  

Many people are living in a Matrix of sorts.  This Matrix manifests itself in the form of incessant, unwanted thoughts.  There are many of us that feel constantly bombarded with fear, anger and confusion.  This stream of thoughts seem to appear out of nowhere and create a constant psychological harassment.  If this sounds like you, then you need to be unplugged.
